it's tough, sim style combat but very rewarding when you get a bit better

be prepared to hate this game but always come back for more. If you are driven on spite and anger, this is the game for you. If not, join my server, i have free tips for nakeds.....

wasn't a fan. played for 2 hours and just felt it was just like a mash up of halo and COD, (something I thought i was alone in until going online and seeing that a huge amount of people felt the same way) but not as well put together as either of those and that really wasn't what i was hoping for. wasn't the frantic balls to the wall action that I was really expecting from Doom, just another fps that didn't really stand out from the bunch but with a price tag that said it should have. Played a couple of multiplayer games and placed in the top half on both, against much, much, much higher level players and i don't think that had anything to do with ability. It had much more to do with luck and thea whole heap of button mashing, which is pretty frustrating. I ended up just getting a refund.
