I'm a gamer and a member of groups. I help and support where and when I can. A gaming Clan, Guild or Alliance is only strong when the members are willing to give a piece of themselves to the group. My 105thSTS tags are something of pride becuase of what they stand for, no Generals - just members doing for the group what they can and giving the chance with the training for members of the clan to do the same.
