Since people are asking, I have a congenital structural defect of my genitals that impacts my sex life. In simple terms, my penis has an extreme curvature so that when erect it's parallel to my body, pointing up toward my head. This makes any PIV position with the exception of missionary impossible; it also makes it nearly impossible for me to reach orgasm through PIV. I'm in my 20's and I had gone through my life with a very warped sense of what sex was and what it felt like etc. I've never particularly enjoyed sex for this reason. I had sex pretty regularly with my ex because she loved it (the curvature makes my penis shaped closer to a g-spot stim toy than a normal penis, so, yeah).
But I always just thought I was the one in a million dude that didn't like sex, until I brought this up to my doctor who told me it defiantly wasn't normal. She referred me to urologist, who referred me to another urologist, who referred me to an urologist specializing in male sexual health.
