5 Stars - Another success for the Civ series.

Holding its place as the ultimate in large scale strategy gaming. Civ 5 cuts things up a little but delivers great gameplay.

Remains strongly popular even after the release of Civ 6.

3.5 Stars - Good Family Fun

Played this one with my son. He is in to Ninjago, so loved it all the way through. Typically the lego games are in the same theme, with a little more polish with each new release. This trend was continued here.

Not much that hasn't really been done before.

4 Stars - A tidy little builder game with good dynamics.

Learn to balance the various needs of your town and endeavour to expand with upsetting the balance.

Game is stable and relaxing, but you might lose a town or two as you get your head around the various dynamics.

Up to the first 100 people there are various new dynamics to explore, but above that is more of a abalancing act.

5 Stars - This was a fantastic game where gameplay is exciting, brutal and well designed fun.

The real winner here is the single player campaign which is loaded with content and demon smashing mayhem. But the game doesn't stop there, it also has quite reasonable mulitplayer modes as well as a lot of support for community maps.

Level design, atmosphere, gore kills and story are all great and if you have any interest in similar games you'll really enjoy this one.

2 Stars - Conceptually fine, but lacking overall depth and heavy grinding expectation.

A tactical tunr based Xcom wannabe , this can provide some reasonable play time. However to continue through levels, significant grinding is required, and there isnt sufficient replayabiltiy to really get this off the ground.

A powerful warband, with its own campaign

4.5 Stars - A turn based tactical game from the Warhammer universe.

Develop your gang, horde the Wyrdstone and avoid being mutalated by the enemy.

AI foolishness is offset by difficulty settings and perma-death is waiting for your warband.

Campaigns are quite long and story missions are spread amongst normal rounds.

Punishing - Small errors can quickly tip the favour of the whole battle.
Grey - Many scenarios share the same grey back drop of the destroyed city.
