Fun but challenging, systems are very complex but rewarding. Very easy to screw yourself if you make the wrong calls with builds, kingdom or time management.

Crashed once and stutters in open world with large vegetation environments (forest after the first church) and with the first true miniboss (Tree Sentinel). Still not enough for me to not recommend with a rig in the last 3 years. Can't wait to play more.

Most akin to other first-person adventure games you see in the 2000s. Not as difficult as Myst or the Journeyman Prophecy games, but fun nonetheless. Have not seen any fail-states like old Sierra games, but I also haven't finished since I'm waiting for the updated epilogue discussed in the Steam forums. Game's not going to set the world on fire, but still a fun game by Zojoi. Looking forward to their continued games, hope word of mouth spreads more than it has thus far.

Short game, but fun. Reminiscent of In the Mouth of Madness, where everyone is in on the secret or plot but the main characters. The game is more like a Visual Novel, as stated in other reviews, and there's no brancing paths or multiple objectives; not a bad thing at all. The game should be played for the story and atmosphere, and if those alone don't appeal to you, probably should look elsewhere.

All in all, it's not something that makes sense, but something to be discussed, not in a societal values sort of way, but one in which you try to figure out just what's going on. Would definitely play other games set in this world.

Awesome remake of a classic adventure game, with new difficulties to suit gamers of all sizes. Soundtrack is an ardent tribute to the original, and having beaten the original in ~20 minutes back in the day, I have no idea what to do now with the remake. Give it a chance and experience one of the best games from yesteryear.
