The combat system in Atelier Ryza was the MOST easy thing to understand.
You switch characters with 2 clicks (which isnt even neccesary because they attack by themself if you dont chose them) and you just smash attack or B on controler.
In Endgame you can Use Items on X, Skills on Y and attacks ob B. And if you reach Power lvl 5 in battle, you can use YYYYYYYYYYYYY for Burst.

It looks much but you can fight 80% of the Game by basicaly pressing B with one character and sometimes X for heal items lol
