Excellent graphics
Very poor story with a sudden shift in the franchise from a civilization story to a kind of personal focus
Wargames are not well thought out. The difficulty consists of infinite reinforcements consisting of bullet sponges which you cannot fabricate yourself. This is offset by artifacts and teammates for sure, but still quite a non fun approach IMHO.

Back on the path to being a good game finally :)

Combat is interesting so far, with things rotating more around use of abilities, rather than spamming attacks

Ambiance so far is very well done, understanding the source material.

Works correctly on Windows 10, and is one of those games that followed the very interesting "RTS from the field" approach that has frustratingly fallen into decay lately.

Recommended, but don't expect incredible mechanics, just a solid game, with enough of a story to hold it together, and persistent upgrades across your roster, as well as the main command tank. A visionary game for its time, and a solid game at the core.

Game feels really pollished now and it was already plenty so before the DC. Recommended if you like the general style.

Definitely fun, and a lot better with friends, however the content is unfortunately lacking, with a 12-15 hour maximum without trying the unfair.
