Paypal Rules:

1. When the transaction involves cash whoever has the least rep will go first.

2. After the transaction has occurred each of us will provide rep accordingly.

The reasoning behind these rules are that I have been scammed before and I take this precaution to assure it will not happen again.

Why do I have a scammer tag? I have it because the reporting system is broken and people have just reported me for not liking me and also got there friends to do it.
