hey, you don't have a bug in dead space, i thought the same thing happened to me but i was just being dumb. just go downstairs. if you can hear them they're there, they just have missing limbs and are stuck downstairs (not invisible or in the wall) and are crawling around VERY slowly, so they're incapable of crawling back upstairs. some might be inside of an unlocked room too but for the most part they're probably crawling with 2 limbs on the lower level of the lab lol
