A fun and addicting board game where you can play single player or competitively with others repeatedly. Most of all, I adore the artwork and overall style especially with how it's somewhat juxtaposed with awesome "cartoon" violence. Attack combos feel and sound devastating and almost have weight behind them. It is very replayable where the achievements kind of spur you on to try to get the stars to align for a specific set of circumstances as cards and dice are involved. I also appreciate the fact that games can't go on forever and someone will win eventually after a certain amount of turns.

A stunningly beautiful, well-animated, and masterfully written adventure game that is to be expected of Tim Schaefer and his team. The voice cast is amazing (Ellijah Wood, Jack Black, and more!), as is the soundtrack, which sets a great atmosphere and mood; the dialogue has the token wit and humor you would expect from the folks that brought us Monkey Island, Full Throttle, and so on. Not to mention, every character you come across is so likeable, it's difficult to not identify with each and every one of them in some way.

The puzzles were very easy for me and did not slow my pace through the game, however, I didn't mind it so much as I was itching to advance through where it was somewhat reminiscent of not wanting to put a really good book down. Naturally, I finished it quickly, but it was such a pleasure and I can't wait for Act 2.

A beautifully pixel-rendered adventure game with a surprisingly deep and almost haunting plot that leaves you pondering well after completion. Players will experience nostalgia as they are transported back to the glory days of point and click adventure games with Primordia's art style, environments, atmosphere, script, voice acting, music, and puzzles. Additionally, the ingenious inclusion of multiple endings and Steam achievements create replay value (seldom seen in this genre) and the main character (Horatio) is wonderfully voiced by none other than Bastion's Logan Cunningham.

I highly recommend this game to any and all adventure game fans.
