Definitely one for the fans of xcom/dawn of war/silent storm. Not often you see the open world approach with turn based squad tactics. Could use a little more polish, but very addictive.

I would consider myself a casual rally gamer. This is a great achievement by the codies. It a focused and realistic experience. A joy. You will understand within the first 2 minutes. Excellent even at this early stage. Minimalist yet gorgeous.

I would encourage fans of 70's 80's sci-fi to check it out. Definitely brings back memories of Alien, the thing etc. It actually has elements I found were missing from the recent space hulk release. It is minimal yet atmospheric. Sometimes brutal and unfair. I reckon it will reveal itself favourable over repeated plays.
