The Good
Its a great classic and should be both played and enjoyed as such. You can see clearly that lots of games have taken inspiration from this gem. gameplay and story is good and so is the graphics/artstyle. Tho it is limited to 1080p and can only be played in window mode on higher resolution screens.

The Bad
Pussels are tedious but the main reason for the negative review is that its bugged. You either play your session with just keyboard&mouse or controller and dont use any other program(dont alt tab). Because alt tabing a few times breaks your keyboard(locks it) and the only solve for this is to restart you r computor.
I should not hafto restart my PC because i alt + tabbed a game. This happened way to many times to be acceptable.
Allso DRM says you can only istall the game 3 times.
And it uses anti cheat (for a offline single player game)

A very good stand alone expansion indeed.
Lots of interesting characters and fun quests to do in this new land.
The country itself is very nice and interesting.

The Conns.
90% of all the quest the quest-giver is a criminal scum of the earth and wants Geralt to help them, when they deserves no help for the crimes they have themselfs commited. This really disguested me and Geralt is mocked over and over and cannot attack them because they are "civilians" even tho murder is one of the lesser crimes these people have commited.

The Positive
There is a love interest segment for Shani in this DLC but thats about the only positive in this.

Probably the best Schmup bullet hell game on steam.
The gameplay is just amazing and the soundtrack is very good.
I never really appriciated the design of these types of games untill i played Crimzon Clover Wolrd Ignition. And this "sequel" is just plane awesome.

Buy it on sale.
Great soundtrack and fun stages and bosses.
Just what you expect.
But one boss has this fase were you need to stand inside a moving box otherwise you die. You cant clear it fast since there is a time limit on that fase that needs to pass before it ends. Feels very weard in a bad unnatural way to play.
The last boss you cant hurt with super bomb.
I give it 6,8/10.

For the price its good but it has one of the worst bosses in this genre.
A boss that blinds the screen so you cant see anything, were the projectiles are its very frustrating.
Just feels cheap.
But other than that, 7 bucks for this game its worth.

(7/10 if we ignore that one boss)

Buged game simulator.
The fact that they have not fixed any bugs since launch or even in the better version of the game is ridicilus.
Very hyped game and i stumbled across 7 bugs in the first 2 hours of the game one of them beeing gamebreaking.
Why people give this game so much credit is beyond me.

GAMEPLAY: 9/10 Senua suffers from visions/illusions/hallucinations and she has voices in her head that gives you the chills. This is what makes this game unique and boy is this feature insane. Suround headset for this game is a MUST!
This game has you on edge with the voices she has in hear head(it is creepy like hell). The atmosphere is scary and has lots of tention in it. Most of the time you run around solving puzzles but they didnt seem to overstay their whelcome. About a fourth of the game is combat.

COMBAT: 7/10 Is easy to learn and quite normal to master relly. There is some deapt to it tho.3 Three diffrent types of attacks.Light, Heavy and Kick. Same goes for defence dodge,parry and counter. There are plenty of combos plus a skill that slows down time for you to deal massive damage.

GRAPHICS: 9,5/10 Completely awesome the best i have seen in a game. The world is amazing. Looks beutifull and full of medival celtic/viking culture. Especially now with the upgraded PC version the games is fantastic.

STORY: 9/10 If you like nordic culture you will love this.

If my PC crash i get a corrupted save file and is FORCED to delete my character and all of the progression. The options does not allow you do do anything else. Just that if you choose not to delete it you still cant do anything because everytime you start the game you must delete the corrupted file to even get the game started to even see the menu.

This is unacceptable in 2020 for a game that came out in 2019.
I have never had this problem ever with any pc game in my entire life. And the devs still have not fixed this issue even tho it started in August 2019.

Untill they fix this i will leave a negative review.

Underrated game for sure.
Gameplay is simple but kinda original in its way.
Story is great/interesting and complete in the PC version since the ending DLC is included.
The horror is more psychological mystery with atmosphere than jump scares.
Soundtrack and the phasing of the game is nice.
Cant relly think of a downside to this game. It runs its own show and it does it great.
