Great concept and some good humour, but the gameplay is just not there for me.

I am really enjoying this game !! Great visuals and tons of humour throughout. This type of game (isometric platformer?) isn't normally my style, but this is real quality. There are so many little details that have been thought of here, starting from the load screen onwards. The whole tower idea works brilliantly, really adding to the gameplay (and the vertigo).
Deadly Tower of Monsters is most Highly recommended.

P.s Just finished all the Steam achievements !! A super cool game that really knows what light hearted fun is. (The story/movie even ends well).

I've owned this for years and never got round to playing it. This is a fun little, casual game that is laptop friendly.
I should have looked at this game ages ago :) Recommended !!

***EXTRA ADDITIONAL*** There is now an amazing fan-made patch, called 'The 25th Anniversary Patch' (I think). It not only enables this classic to run on Win 10 and 11, but has also improved/updated countless aspects of this legendary game !! The guy's name here on Steam is "metasharp". Check the discussions area to find out more. The patch is safe for your system and non toxic. I can't thank @metasharp enough for his tireless skills and efforts !! :)

I loved this game in the 90's !! Real Star Wars fanboi stuff this :)

The package came with great artwork, a huge super-cool poster and a classy, slick instruction book/reference tome. Back in a time when the internet was uncommon, developers had to deliver games that worked straight out of the box, or they all got returned to the shops. (Shop; plural: shops..... was an old fashioned, communal, multi-person meatspace 3D scratch and sniff environ, where commerce used to be carried out in some kind of really gay face to facetime.....or some sh*t).
I wore out the original CD, but managed to buy a replacement on eBay many, many years ago....... but then it stopped working in one of the so called @new&improved Windows versions; and of course it never worked again :(

P.s . You will need most likely need to fix the game by going to the community hub and replacing a file with a new one and a couple of other simple tweaks for Win10.
When we buy a game from Steam it should be current O/S ready. Thanks to the community for doing Steam's job for them !!


I had given up hope of Star Wars Rebellion ever coming onto Steam. Hooray for everything !!

A classic that is still well worth a run.

I have been replacing old CD and DVD games with the Steam versions. No more patches, no disc problems. Hooray !!!!!!

....And it seems to have had the 'sprite problem' with AMD cards fixed now :)

Very cool retro flavoured game, that doesn't take itself too seriously.

I found this to be a cool little game.

Only just bought this..... And I'm loving it ! So much better than the console port "Wolfenstein" from a few years back.
I've only clocked up 4 hours so far... but hey :) Shotting at the fighters from the gunner's seat was an unexpected bit of fun.
I'm enjoying getting the Steam achievements too.

..... Now played up to chapter 12. A really great game !
Heaps of excellent set pieces, interesting story, keeps to the whole Wolfenstein canon :)

Addendum: Have completely finished the single player game.

A seminal classic! RTCW is easily one of my all time favourite games. Bought the collector's tin edition way back when it first came out in 2001. Still have the embossed tin, and the cool little poster of the characters ... is still on the wall of the pantry after all these years. Now I have bought the Steam version, so no more disc and patching every time I want to install it.
RTCW was the first shooter that really blew my mind and created an absorbing game world that was intensly atmospheric... and it really sucked me into the whole story-line. I was creeped out in the catacombs, impressed by the weather effects and the sumptuous interiors in many of the buildings. Sexy and Dangerous, athletic killer babes counterpoint beasts so ugly as to scare the pants off the best and bravest of us intrepid video gaming warriors.
My favourite weapon is definately the FG 42. A 10/10 game ...and a trip down memory lane.

Fun little old skool game :)
