Casually make a strong poison potion for someone with a "rat problem" related to their husband. 10/10. Love the way you discover new potions and how you have to try to make the most optimal and simple way to make potions. Great game.

Obviously havent had lots of time with the game yet, but so far it runs great. The quality in graphics, settings and detail you'd expect from a Total War game.

Right now there are only 4 playable races, being High Elves, Dark Elves, Skaven and Lizardmen. Each of the races having two "leaders" you may choose between.
The AI seems more active when it comes to diplomacy, the new small details on the diplomacy window is great! (a number value on a factions "feelings" towards you) and it seems a little smarter overall.

Still havent found out how to speed up your troop movements though... For the end turn movements there is now a pause and speed up button. Small quality of life improvements.

Having played all total war games, and owning all of them, this is a great new addition to the series, continuing on their success from TW: Warhammer 1. It is easy for new players to get into, as the advisors will now take you on a "click here" tutorial whenever you play (can be turned off with minimalizing the advisor help)

Will update when I have played more with a more detailed review and a */10 score on everything from graphics to value.

So straight up. It is a great game.. It has endless replay value, as maps and updates change how you decide to play the game. As a "turtle bot" building a grand base to defend all your hard earned materials. Or maybe as a nomad carrying only what you need while you hunt down people with better gear than you.

There are 3 big parts to this game, which are Raiding (the action of breaking into another player or groups base taking their stuff), Building (pretty self explanatory, you build whatever you like and the terrain allows) and survival (you need to stay warm/cool, eat and drink, and fend off bears and wolves.)

As of the component systems release, raiding has become way harder in my opinion. The amount of materials needed to craft the needed timed explosives and/or satchel charges are far greater than the resources needed to build a base safe from said explosives. Weapons are also very limited, and the rule of "first raider have the advantage" is much more in effect now. Except for that the combat system is very good, with a wide selection of weapons, when you finally get them.

Building is still a little wonky at times, some glitches here and there, but overall it is fairly good. You can make pretty intricate designs and use the system to your advantage (double walls where there should just be 1 etc) The constructions some people build still amazes me. And it is easy to understand.

Pros:
Great variety
Amazing graphics if you have the pc to run it
Constant updates (small ones every thursday, and first thursday of the month a large one)
Easy to set up a private server

Cons:
Constant updates... Updates sometimes alter the game to much imho, and lately there have been 2.
Load times when you enter a server are really high on medium/low tier computers. (read 5-10 minutes)
Key aspects of the game are harder now to the point modded servers die out.


All in all, I think it is a great game, and having clocked 2000 hours ingame, I would recommend it for anyone that are into multiplayer survival. 8/10
