Doom Eternal and the DLC are really fun to play. The difficulty and pace are good. The graphics, level design and gameplay are pretty amazing. I'm not a huge fan of all the jumping puzzles yet it seems when I don't think about it and just do the jumps it's really easy. When I miss a jump for whatever reason and start to think about the jumps it can get frustrating. I play on easier settings and have watched some people playing on Ultra Nightmare and will likely never play even close to that level and I'm fine with it. Overall it's a little twitchy (run and gun or "rip and tear") yet the story is good and the gaming is good so I find Doom Eternal enjoyable. I would recommend to anyone who has ever played Doom and those who generally enjoy frantic FPS games.

FTL is similar to a game I grew up with that has been mentioned in these reviews and elsewhere called SunDog. Its a very entertaining and frustrating game. It would be great if you could save before you made choices and revert as many times I play all the way through only to die in dumb random ways which overall seems like a waste of time. Its like when MacReady is playing chess in his cabin and the Chess Wizard cheats. I find myself saying "Cheating b#tch" many times whilest playing FTL.

I played the other two and own the redux versions yet have yet to play those. I liked them all. I only played Sam's DLC out of the DLC options, yet that was really fun too.
Exodus was fun. I didnt really like all the story and not being able to skip the boring talking that moved the story along sometimes... That said there were a few characters that I missed when they were gone because of the story - so there's that. Overall a fun franchise and worth the $30 I spent on it - especially when "working from home" during the Coronavirus pandemic... I highly recommend the game.
