Throne and Liberty Critique

Throne and Liberty is a high fantasy MMORPG that, while offering an expansive world, lacks the key elements of mystery and intrigue that make the genre so captivating. Right off the bat, you can see every weapon in the crafting menu, which takes away the thrill of finding something cool and unexpected. The map is also super easy to explore, showing you nearly everything without much effort. This kind of takes the fun out of it for those who love the sense of discovery in high fantasy games.

In MMORPGs, having a bit of mystery and intrigue keeps things exciting. Discovering hidden treasures, stumbling upon secret spots, or finding rare items adds depth and makes the game more engaging. The slow reveal of new things builds anticipation and makes achievements feel more satisfying. Without these elements, the game can feel pretty flat and predictable.

While it's understandable that some players don't have a lot of time and appreciate the convenience, adding more mystery and discovery would definitely make the game more appealing. Balancing accessibility with depth is what makes a high fantasy game truly stand out.

Technically, Throne and Liberty is a good game. However, I feel that MMORPGs should have mystery and intrigue, exploration, and discovery. This kind of game will die off pretty fast because it is just too accessible.

Because of these issues, I have actually stopped playing Throne and Liberty. It just kills everything I like about MMORPGs, and it's not the kind of game I want to invest my time in.

I'll give the game a positive review because I know some will want a game like this since they have limited time and so this game is for you.

I just wish there was something for gamers like me that have the time to play a MMORPG and want to discovery secrets and not have the game hold your hand as much as this game does.

"Dark Souls I" was like a "Beautiful female assassin", she will stun you with her beauty, and when you least expeact it
"Your Dead"

"Dark Souls II", is twice as Beautiful,
Deadly without a fualt, so don't let "Dark Souls II" Beauty distract you other wise you will die!
Who am I kidding?
Your going to die anyway!

"Dark Souls II" is a great game, More beautiful then the first Dark Souls, and a very fun challenge with death behind every corner, it's one hell of a ride!!
And a Must Buy!!

I been a Fan of Thief since 'Thief: The Dark Project', and I can tell you the new Thief is one awesome reentry to the Thief Series.
If you like Stealth games, Stealing from the Rich and keeping it all for your self Thief is for you!
The Story is interesting also "but of course I'm not going to spoil it for you," you'll just have to play and see for your self.

P.S. If your not into Games where you may have to take your time once in a while, to not be seen and keep in the Shadows then Thief may no be for you, though you always have the option to Stick an Arrow into the Gauds head. ;-)
