This game came out right at the back end of 2018, iirc I didn't get around to playing it until January 2019. Therefore I am comfortable saying DUSK was my GotY of both 2018 and 2019. Point me at an aspect of game design and I'll tell you that DUSK excels at it.

I love the setting, the atmosphere grabs you, the sound is on point, the music is great on its own and as an accompaniment to the gameplay, the enemies are engaging and fun to fight, level design is diverse (Ok, I'll admit here that I maybe wasn't in love with some levels but I do entirely put that down to personal preference). Hell there's even a pixellation slider if you want to retrofy your graphics to a 90s degree.

If you enjoy retro FPS chances are you've not only heard of it but bought it already. If not I can't recommend DUSK enough.
