Hey I saw your post on the oblivion forums and you mentioned having trouble with psychic guards in skyrim lol, and that everyone is always awake. For dark brotherhood quests try using poisons and level up the sneaking skill to where you can do more damage with backstabs, and get your sneaking better in general (not wearing heavy armor also). Try to break into people homes past 8:30 which is when people typically go to sleep and stores close, or learn their schedules (it can be fun and immersive). Alchemy is also a really good skill to make money with and with some training can be combined with pickpocketing to kill targets with really strong poisons.
