How to nep:

1.) Download Durantes' Neptunia: Hyper resolution patch for Re; Birth 1 and put it in "/Neptunia Re; Birth2/Birth2/".
2.) Start game in compatibilty mode with Service Pack 2
3.) Praise the Nep!

Nep/10 would nep again.

*** A somewhat more proper review ***
~ Overall I am enjoying the game. If you are a fan of Re; Birth 1 then it is more of the same. The story focuses almost entirely on the CPU Candidates (Sisters), primarily on Nepgear.

~ Playing Re; Birth 1 is not required. This game is neither a prequel nor a sequel. It helps to know a little about the characters and the world though.

~ A lot more endings than Re; Birth 1. Some are more complicated than others.

~ It's not a direct translation from the native language. In fact, some lines are just plain ridicules (mostly Nep-neps). Some major "artistic freedom" was taken advantage of here. This has some people all bent out of shape. Overall the story is the same and flows well despite some overzealous attempts at injecting a certain form of humor that wasn't present in the native language.

~ Grinding. Some people like it, some hate it. I never had to specifically "go level up" in order to get past a certain point if I failed. If you're a completionist you will be doing a good amount of missions to influence "Shares" and also gathering materials for crafting Plans.

I'm not going to label any of these as pro's or con's. I'm not even going to give it an arbitrary numerical rating. I am enjoying this game as mush as I enjoyed Re; Birth 1. As soon as I finish this I will be stuck eagerly awaiting Re; Birth 3.
