**UPDATE (2019)**
I can walk again! Had surgery on my right hand (2 screws in scaphoid) and cast finally came off!

On August 4th, I was riding into town on my 2014 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 motorcycle for a cup of coffee and a driver made a left turn directly in front of me, leaving no time to react. I impacted her front end and flipped 30 yards, landing into a ditch next to a stump. The bike itself flipped over and landed on the seat and handlebars, wheels up. The last thing I remember is getting loaded onto a backboard.

When I woke up, I was in Harborview Medical Center in Seattle staring at my right leg in traction. My injuries included: sprained left wrist, broken bones in my right hand and both feet, pelvis fractured in 5 places, and swallowed a broken front tooth, losing 3 teeth. A plate and 8 pins hold my pelvis together.

I can use a wheelchair now but have started physical therapy to "learn" to walk again. Unfortunately, recently I was informed I will need to have surgery on my right hand in November and will be in another cast for 3 more months.

The other driver was cited for no insurance and but at least I had insurance on my motorcycle.
So I'm just killing time on CS:GO while I heal.
