9 Seasons now and all Psyonix and Septic Games have done is add bugs and $20+ goal explosions. Solo queue for tournaments = 1v3 and no way to forfeit until you wait 2:30 for your teammates to not join and then watch the replays for 5 minutes and finally hit the 3:30 mark; if you leave early, then you get a ban. You'll also lose tournament MMR every time even though it was never a fair match. Rank disparity even when you're the same exact rank, and even if you're the only person in the party, and also if you're not even in a party at all. Long queue times followed by not all the players joining and then having the match cancelled. They removed the unique avatar for players on Septic Games Store, so it's now impossible to know if other players can read the chat. Removed the playlist population and replaced with meaningless terms like GOOD and GREAT. Somehow they still haven't figured out when to put an 's' after words to make them plural or not for accolades ("1 shots on goal" and "3 save"); it's really simple logic to program and I'll give you guys a hint: add an 's' if not equal to 1. Can't play using Family Share even if the other account is linked to Septic Games, so if one person in your family bought this on Steam and the other recently moved to PC from a PURCHASED copy on console, you have to have it installed twice (once on Steam and once on Septic Games) because it will only let the account using Family Share play casual matches. Anti-aliasing does basically nothing and constantly resets whatever you had it set to anyways. If someone rage quits a casual match, somehow one team might get double MMR gain or everyone gets nothing, depending who wins. It was fun for a while, a long time, actually, but it's just not fun anymore.

It only actually starts maybe 10% of the time. I've done a complete uninstall and reinstall, but it mostly just shows up as the giant PRECISION X1 splash on startup and doesn't go away until I click on it and get the Precision X1 isn't responding prompt. XOC actually worked, so it would have been cool if it didn't automatically update to this useless software.

Early Access Review
Interesting plot, fun gameplay that's not too easy and not too difficult, decent graphics, good crafting system, and multiplayer plays really well and makes sense. I originally reviewed this game when it was in Early Access, but now that it's done, I can confirm that it's still a fantastic game; definitely one of my favorite games on steam.

Funny, fast paced, pretty difficult, somewhat repetitive, and absolutely seizure inducing.

I have a bunch of games in my library that I've purchased, but have never installed and probably never will; I regret this purchase more than all of those.
