TLDR: I am recommending the game, though be VERY aware of performance issues currently.

Overall I have (until now) had a great experience.
It is an extremely atmospheric game, the pace is slow, methodical and realistic, and can be very punishing at times but that is also why it's super rewarding. Taking risks is actually dangerous.

Performance wise this game is a bit of a... hot mess. I have a RTX3090 24GB VRam, 32Gs of DDR5 Ram and a i5 12600K, not top of the line, but neither at the bottom. I had expected better performance than what I am getting, at 2.5k res.
My settings are mostly set to Epic but with DLSS set to Quality (66% res scaling) and FSR3 enabled.
I am getting between 70-120 FPS (yup, giant dips).
Often times it's running at a steady 100-110, and then suddenly dips to 70 FPS for no apparent reason and back up to 100+.

Without FSR3 I get 40-50 FPS in highly populated areas, and 80+ FPS in the wilds with fewer dips though.
