Yeah that's a pretty good range to be in after the first playthrough. There is playthrough 2, which gets you to level 50. If you want to play the DLC packs and get to level 61, I would recommend getting the season pass. It'll open up some other areas to quest in, and would also unlock playthrough 3. Which is what I've also got. But its up to you if you want to play that much. lol Playthrough 3 is called "Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode." Its no walk in the park, and a really good challenge. I know you can play through it though.

Another Borderlands 2 Question for you - Is Level 35 or 36 normal after a playthrough of the standard game? Also, is it essential to get the add-ons to go any higher? Thanks!

BTW... I tried to fight Terramorphous @ Level 35. Key word there: TRIED!

The final round is longer than the others. Which adds to the difficulty. I would suggest leveling up two or three more times and then coming back to it. The issue may not be having enough ammo, but doing enough damage with what you already have. An updated weapon normally helps bridge that gap fairly easy.

NS2 is legit. It is very fun, and more of a RTS than an FPS. Since both teams have to work together as a whole rather than as individuals. And each map has its own benefits for playstyles, etc. I would recommend it! Especially when it goes on a steam sale. There are different classes and weapons and stuff. In a way its a cross between borderlands and TFC. Just without CTF. There is plenty of strategy that goes into it. But really it boils down to luck, timing, and who can aim better than the other one.

Oh yeah! How is NS2 ?! Thinking about getting that.

I think I leveled up 10 times in that short time we played! I've died a few time so the money isn't what it was lol. Plus played a few rounds of slots in Moxxi's. Still have a few hundred thousand tho.

was playing round 5 on the one mission in "the freezer" tonite where you have to fight through multiple rounds but died a couple times cuz I keep running out of ammo.

What is the best tactic on that mission? Very little ammo in there and not alot of ammo dropped.

Only thing I can think of is absorption shield.
