An underrated game that was slammed a bit upon release for its short length, lack of full arsenal, and complaints about the High Definition pack, but honestly has stood the test of time in my opinion. The tight thrill ride of Barney Calhoun's escape from Black Mesa, more careful use of Xen, and now retro puzzles make for a fun 6 hours, and it's always great to see another view of the Half-Life 1 story... plus now it's kind of quaint to remember the days when if you beat a game, you were almost guaranteed to have an expansion pack within the next year or so. Lot of fun.

Utterly outstanding and a must for any fan of the original Deus Ex. Oozes atmosphere, characters you care about, a gripping story, excellent music, great voicework, this lives up to the legacy of Deus Ex and then some. Also love the choice of non-lethal (but still quite painful looking) options for dealing with enemies. :D
If you're a fan of RPGs, you must own this game.

Fanastic and charming little gem, well worth the buy for the soundtrack alone. Very entertaining gameplay, one of the best boss battle songs ever, and general awesomeness.

This is, IMHO, a highly underated game. Interesting story, throughly unnerving moments, great scares, and cool firefights in slo-mo. All that, and power armor action too!

Completely addictive, I decided to try it for a few minutes and try for the treasure hunt the next day, and ended up playing for an hour and a half. Very enjoyable work out for your brain, great music. Excellent game. Only downside is that "Ooh Yeah" by Moby will be stuck in your head forever.

Do you like running over zombies? Do you like setting zombies on fire? Do you like setting zombies on fire and then running over them in reverse and giggling manically as the flaming zombie parts splatter all over the sidewalk? Then this is the game for you!
