Game is great, new update is great, everyone else can play one of the other shooters that does the same generic thing they're looking for.
Review bombers eat my nuts.

If you like ArmA and BI, buy this and play it. Runs great, (i7-10700k RTX3080) 80+ FPS at Ultra settings at 2k all the time regardless of AI/player numbers. Only thing I am disappointed with is the distance at which Trees and bushes switch to lower detail models and the 'jitter' of other players in multiplayer. I'm sure these will be addressed quickly and I'm keen to see what the community can do with this new engine.

I was excited to see a new DLC come out. Then i found out it costs money when they wanted to steer away from micro-transactions to unlock gameplay features. I never played the previous hunter because of the "Pay 2 Play" business model, a one time fee is what we all expected this time around but no... this is some greedy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

EDIT: Now that i am not a povo c**t i can easily afford these DLCs which are actually very well made and reasonably priced, this game has come a long way since my initial review and is one of the most immersive games in my library.

The 1.6 hours i have on record consist of getting shot through walls by AI and reading 'disconnected from server'. ♥♥♥♥ Uplay and ♥♥♥♥ your ♥♥♥♥♥♥ servers.
