good game;

Still very buggy. In the maze of madness the sigils don't spawn so I can't progress. Have restarted my save, but the unrated edition is less buggy that the base game ig \(*&*)/

7/10. Headcrabs are a little unbalanced. Otherwise good for the bit I played. Accidentally started it while my monitor was off and flipped ♥♥♥♥ because I though steam was announcing half life 3 through some weird spontaneous annoucemnet thing.

For the "VILLAIN MOST IN NEED OF A HUG" Award

*SPOILERS AHEAD*

I've played so much Borderlands. Even though my first entry in the series was the second one, it still holds a place in my heart for the best narrative. Despite its wacky characters, it has very heart wrenching moments.

From the beginning of Borderlands 2, Handsome Jack is presented as a blood thirsty lunatic. From his demeanor, to the lore surrounding his character, he truly appears to be a despicable character. However, that just isn't the case. Jack started out as a low level Hyperion programmer, desperate to make a change for the better on Pandora. And it wasn't about wiping out bandits. It was about bettering the people of Pandora. But, through betrayal and a hero complex, Jack descends into madness.

This is awesome! It lets my friend, my brother, and I to all play Half Life 2 together! They were reluctant to play it in the first place, because they thought it would be boring w/o someone to play it. You should add support for the Black Mesa mod!
