"Tiber" is obviously just Chimperial Chimp washing because as we the superior minded can see, "Tiber" looks close to Tiger and Tiger is a race of Khajiit called Senche-Tiger so we can infer that "Tiber" is really a cover up name for the emperor being a Senche-Tiger. But the brainwashed bootlickers of the Aldmeri Dominion and the Empire may still not be convinced. Notice how " Septim " is the currency that the Empire uses? Through this we can infer they Septim could just be used to explain another characteristic of the Khajiit emperor, and that is the fact that he was (as Khajiit usually are) extremely wealthy. (Probably from selling Skooma, Moonsugar, stolen gems and other goods.) So from this we can tell that the Emperor was an extremely wealthy Senche-Tiger Khajiit.

Some may ask "If the Emperor was a Senche-Tiger Khajiit then why would he have Human offspring?" This is a simpletons question but it shall be obliged. The reason for the Emperor's lineage being human is obviously because of years of mixing with Chimperials. Notice how there is a long list of instances of man and mer creating offspring? And as we all know, Khajiit were transformed by Azura from Bosmer to Khajiit, meaning that Khajiit are technically Mer to a degree and so it becomes obvious that the Emperor had made offspring with Chimperials and over many generations the line ended up becoming that of a Chimperials dynasty (Which would explain the fall of the Empire.) And so with all this knowledge, how could one deny the fact that the Emperor was infact a Khajiit?
