If shapez and shapez had a baby, it would be shapez 2. This game is, in every way, a big step up from what was already an incredibly fine vintage. Shapez distilled and refined the factory genre into its most abstract and chillest form. Shapez 2 takes that and blows it out of two dimensions into three, literally adding layers upon layers of gameplay.

What I particularly love about Shapez and Shapez 2 is that your factories are, especially early in the game, intended to be regularly destroyed and built back up against differently, each time like building a purpose-driven sandcastle. If you like factories but don't want the stress of resource micromanagement, Shapez 2 is right up your alley.

Deceptively complex.

The best hacking game since Uplink.
