Not sure if it is Take Two or Rockstar behind the scenes, I'd like to think its Take Two.

Rockstar is smart enough to preserve the integrity of the game when necessary, even while allowing modding. Step in the wrong direction. Time to let the voice be heard. I hope the game publishers wake the ♥♥♥♥ up.
