Cuphead is the kind of game that is very frustrating to play, but gives that huge satisfaction payoff when you complete a stage/knockout a boss. The story is funny, the characters you meet in Inkwell Isle are fantastic, and the pace of the game feels rewarding. Each island builds in difficulty and when you finally beat the devil, you'll feel elation.

Even after waiting 3 years for the DLC, the game still holds up to its previous standards. The DLC is amazing and the bosses featured remind me of my first time playing the game. They are challenging, but rewarding. The only, personal, gripe I have with the DLC is there are no Run 'n Gun stages, but the couple added additions make up for this feature being left out.

Overall the game is a 10/10, with the DLC being a 9/10 (for me personally). The music, artwork, and challenge really make Cuphead my all time favorite platformer.

Never heard of this game, until one day a friend of mine said, "hey, let's just try it." It was the best idea he's ever had. This game that type of co-op game you want. It's fun, full of levels that get progressively better as you proceeded, has a great story, gets you invested in all the main characters, easy yet still a delight to play. It's been so long since I've played a game that's made me laugh, smile, and out right have a blast has hard as this game has. Yes, its fair to say that its so much better if you play it with a close friend, someone who you've played games with and you know they'll enjoy this style as well. Even with the split-screen aspect, I never felt left out. There was always something my eye was catching. A true co-op experience and I thank the developers for making such a great game. Looking forward to more like this in the future.

Everyone that has played a farcry game knowns what to expect. This one is no different, staying true to its genre; the classic action adventure first person shooter. There's no 'new' or 'unexpected' difference for overall layout. However, the game does have key elements that make it worth the playthrough. It's a fantastic open world sandbox type game, with the best addition of a co-op experience. Although the second player (the non host) does not get to keep any story progression (this includes weapon/car/etc unlocks) the game is simple enough for that to not really matter. Most (if not all missions) provide you with guns/ammo so the only drawback is those who don't want to repeat the story. Flying with your buddy in a helicopter while he shoots some other dudes in another helicopter really makes up for that. The story has some plot holes and lacks a real grip. Only one area (Jacobs area) really made me go 'wow' and the ending was subpar. A lot of the side missions had a better storyline than the actual storyline. Overall this game is worth it, especially if you have a buddy to play along with. I'd recommend this game to anyone who loves the farcry series or first person games in general.

TLDR:

Pros:
Co-op
Open World
Lots of things to do
Customisable unlocks
A decent perk system
Fantastic companions
Quality music
Easy Controls (even with a keyboard)

Cons:
Non co-op host has to repeat for unlocks
Some bugs
Lack of a gripping story
Lacks a challenge(Even hard mode is easy)

This game makes you feel as if you just picked up a controller for the first time in your life. You have no idea why you just died for the 100th time in a row and it makes you furious. Yet, you respawn and play for the next 3 hours. Dark Souls 3 was my first game into the series and it made me regret never giving the other games a try before. The fantastic setting, background, characters, and even the damn death animation. It's all so fantastic, I want to play as I'm writing this review. While the story leaves me so confused at times (I even had to wiki things plenty of times) the game just locks you in the cage and never gives you the key. A fantastic way to waste your life and I'm only 42 hours in.
TLDR:
PROS:
Beautiful scenery.
Fight mechanics are solid, once you master them.
Game feels smooth
Repeatable so many times over
You can pretty much do the whole story with a friend(s)
PvP
Mouth droping music
FashionSouls

CONS:
Playing online can be a ♥♥♥♥♥ for new players
Rage inducing
Makes you lose all your real relationships for sun bros
RAGE

Trust me when I say this game is worth every penny. Or don't and try it for yourself. You'll praise the sun soon enough.

PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS is my first dive into the battle royal competative game style. I was always a fan of the simple shooters, as in CoD, because there was no rush aspect. After countless hours of being ditched by my friends, I decided to get the game for myself and see what the fuss was all about. Shocked does not even begin to describe my reaction after jumping out of the plane for the first time. The panic racing around, trying to loot for a weapon, really got my blood pumping and my hands shaking. While I should probably get that checked out by a doctor, it just makes the truth more prominent; this was my type of game. I knew from then on I was addicted and I hope you have that same experience if you give this game a shot. Whether you want to go lone wolf or play with some buddies, this game is worth it.

Unfortunately, with other battle royal games coming into the light, I can't dissmiss the problems this game currently has. The lack of quality updates really puts a stop to this games progression. I won't sit here and pretend I understand coding or what it takes to fully develop a game, but I will sit here and judge it like a player should. Games are made for gamers and when the games are no longer keeping the player in mind, failure becomes present. I have tried other battle royals, like Fornite, and the differences are astounding. Keep this in mind when deciding on purchasing this game.

TLDR:

Pros:
Fun with friends(also alone)
Great gunplay experience
Not a difficult learning curve
Easily addictive
Can last for hours of fun

CONS:
Lack of proper updates
FPS issues
Takes a beast to run properly
RNG circus

Personally I would not recommend this game to new players, because it still doesnt feel like a complete game. I have many hours into this game and I enjoyed it immensely, but when change doesn't come, we change games. Once the game feels good again I would recommend it 100%.

I played the 2013 Tomb Raider reboot and it was amazing. I've been a Tomb Raider fan for a long time, puzzle solving games are especially my favorite. I was, in all honesty, super pissed that I had to wait for this game to come out on PC, but in the end is was worth the wait. Here is my pros/cons list of the 2015 Rise of the Tomb Raider:

Pros:
1) The story is smooth. Really great character development
2) Replay value is high. You can just flow through the story and then do all that extra things (finding all the relics/etc) after
3) Amazing Graphics

Cons
1) I've had some glitches during combat (the enemy will just dissapear)
2) The puzzles are easier than the previous game (There's even a skill that lets you see what the challenges for that zone are)
3) The whole content of the game feels less than the previous title

Other than that, the game is really great. I'm only roughly 4 hours in and I can already tell I'm going to 100% this one, as I did with the last one.

Overall score:
8/10

Early Access Review
Amazing open world survival game that gets your blood pumping. Some bugs are annoying at the moment, but it's early access so if you can't handle bugs just wait till it's complete. Otherwise if you love zombies. pvp action, survival open world simulation this game is for you.
