Best game. I'm so rich already!

Unfortunately I can't reccomend the game. It's just too broken. Of the last 4 games I could not finish 3 because of issues. 2 times an objective was glitched in the ground so you couldn't interact with it. One game the spawn rates were bugged and we could not disengage for one second. It was crazy. 300 kills per person in tier 6. Sometimes 6 dropships at once. Like it was not possible to clear all the objectives because there were just way to many spawns. They had issues with the spawns a couple of months ago. Apparently those issues are back. It's just frustrating at this point. Also the balancing of the weapons is bad so there is a meta load out and a bunch of stuff that nobody uses because it's useless. They tried to adjust but it's just not there yet. Maybe I will revisit in half a year or so but right now this game is too broken and frustrating. And it's a shame because the game can be really fun if everything works. So I hope one day I can revisit and give a thumbs up. But right now can't recommend unfortunately.

Yeah no. I have no idea how this game works and the game does a ♥♥♥♥ job explaining what to do. It's not fun. At least for me.

Kann die vielen negativen Rezensionen nicht wirklich verstehen. Das Spiel hat unglaublich viel Tiefgang, wenn man sich wirklich mit Builds auseinandersetzen will. Dann kann man extrem viel optimieren. Shop und Seasons nerven mich, insbesondere die Tatsache, dass Season Characters nach der Season weg sein sollen. Allerdings bin ich auch niemand, der zu attached zu digitalen Dingen wird. Mir macht das Spiel viel Spaß und ich kann es empfehlen.

I love Lego, Harry Potter and video games. So this should be a no brainer. But unfortunately there are so many glitches and bugs - some of them game breaking. Unfortunately there are so many that if you try to search the glitch you are facing you will find 100 different ones. But no solution. There are no fixes. Okay the game is old and stuff - but those threads online are from 11 years ago. And they haven't done anything. I generally love the game. It basically retells the movies but takes some artistic freedom doing it. There are some nods to the books, some Lego running gags and the original music. No dialogues though. Taking it to 100% is kinda grindy but actually not too bad because you get "cheat bricks" which make the grind way easier and more enjoyable. The game itself is not bad! But then again - bugs, bugs, bugs, glitches and then some. It's really frustrating. Plus you can't save whenever you want and reenter the game from the last save point - noo. The saving mechanic is very oldschool even for this games age. You get 4 save spots and the game saves whenever you are at a scripted save spot. Which means all progress in between will be lost. Those are problems from 20 years ago. Not 11 Years ago. Anyways. If you are okay with bugs and glitches get it on sale. If not don't buy it and spare yourself from the frustration.

A lot of potential but unfortunately lacks in important gameplay aspects. The artwork is amazing and the world looks fun and inviting. You really want to play. Until you don't.

The leveling system doesn't really work. I mean it does but you don't notice a lot. I need 3 hits to kill a basic mine type enemy, when I put on damage gear I still need 3 hits. So I thought I grind a bit and level up. But still you don't really feel progress.

The level design is abysmal. Some of the parcour style obstacle courses are a lot of fun to play. Unfortunately you they get annoying really quick when you have to do them again and again since there are no shortcuts to bypass the obstacles once you've done then. Most of the time you are just lost. It's always harder to navigate in a 2D world - because our brains are made for the 3D world we are living in - but here you are just lost. The level design does not really help you in finding out where to go next. You get maps but the map just shows you in which room you are - not where in the room you are. Also sometimes you will get the map only after you already cleared most of the rooms on the map you just got. So it feels pointless to get the map at all.

Finding a hidden room doesn't really make you feel like you found something. Usually they are just like the other rooms filled with some enemys and maybe some gold. But you don't get an advantage for finding them. Sometimes you have to find hidden rooms because you need something you get in there to continue. Since the game doesn't help you navigate this sucks the most.

The battle system is pretty basic even with the new attacks you get. Unfortunately the controls are pretty finnicky. Some attacks are really hard to actually get because you use the Y button and the stick to get them and if you don't time it perfectly nothing will happen - you will just walk left or right. This can be really annoying at times. Sometimes I press B three times and get three attacks, sometimes I press B three times and only get two attacks. It's weird. It feels almost laggy. I use an X-Box controller on PC. Maybe it's my system. Maybe it's the code. Frustrating none the less.

I feel like most people share my frustration because only like 10% of the players who bought it seem to have finished the game. There is soo much potential and I would love it to be better but unfortunately it's just not. I can't really recommend it unless you really really love the genre and are hard to frustrate.
