Honestly probably one of the worst RE games I've played, having completed it on both PC and Xbox.

The European Folklore inspirations don't work giving to a very bland and unimaginative setting, the game doesn't seem to want to decide on what type of horror it wants to be and suffers as a result and ends up a poor RE4 imitation.

It upsets me to say as I was excited for what was in-store for Ethan and Chris but ultimately the game bored me to tears both times I completed it and I find myself unable to pick it back up to complete other challenges or play The Mercenaries.

Wait for a sale if you're interested in where the universe is going, otherwise skip completely.
