Some of the textures can sometimes look a little unpolished, but overall this is a game worth playing. I haven't had this much fun with an ARPG in a long time. It moves at a far slower pace than Diablo 3 and gives you time to think about how to engage and what abilities you want to use, instead of just mashing all the keys at one time. Normal is a bit too easy, and the next difficulty up can sometimes be grueling if you're entering an area below the level of the monsters. The personal rift gate is a life saver. Always move it up every few minutes. It'll save you tons of backtracking.
Multiplayer has desync problems sometimes, but a minor patch could fix that.
