yoyo, hard thing as its something everyone experiences that plays cs, no mather if you are a pro or a regular player. What you can do is to practice it and practice it and practice it, never spray on pracc never spray on csdm, never on public etc, in the end it will be so deep inside your head that you just wont spray badly in panic
even i have those games where i just spray spray all the time so dont think ur bad because u do that, its just about what state of mind u are in. You usually spray when ur eager to get frags, you want to kill everything on the server but you dont use ur real skill to get those frags u just spray and pray
Just try to be in the right state of mind and remind urself before and during games that u are a great aimer just practice on focusing on your aim and crosshair, and stay cool
