If you want a survival game without zombies, with great gunplay and graphics, then this is the game for you.

Also as an added bonus the dev team is active and constantly updating the game to be the best that it can be, one day this will be a brilliant game.

I have honestly had no issues with running the game or glitches throughout my entire playtime and in DX12 mode on my 20 series gpu it runs brilliant, around 100fps

The game feels rewarding and you will do a lot of walking, but the graphics make these long walking periods entertaining and allow the walks to not be boring despite their length and the lack of real input required.

I played this game with some friends in 2020 and it was great, not as well optimised but then I also had a GTX 1060 back then. To come back to it and to find a far better game, with a new studio collaboration and constant updates to the game was a welcome surprise and it's a game that hasn't lost my attention, it is quickly becoming a game that I play every day after work and uni.

I look forward to seeing what the devs do with this game and I really hope it meets it's full potential like I'm sure it can,

This has been a showing of good and bad so far, mostly bad though.

My first experience with this game was extremely negative. On an RTX 2060, 8GB DDR4 and a Ryzen 7 CPU the game ran like a 1 legged dog, drops to 30 fps from a max of about 70 were common, after a while this levelled itself out.

I played for a few hours and enjoyed my time, experiencing one hard crash all night and not thinking much of it.

The gameplay is solid and I enjoy the gunplay, the environments look good and the game shows really positive things and was extremely fun to play while it worked.

Onto day 2, after a restart but no other changes to drivers or anything else that can be updated, the game destroys everything.

I have crashed in the menu, taking the whole computer with it and requiring a full restart.

I have crashed in the loading screen, where the game managed to make half of my screen black even when the game was closed, requiring a full restart.

I have crashed multiple times while dropping in, oddly, not requiring a full restart but entirely blocking out my steam library tab making the game and any others completely inaccessible via Steam. This required Steam to be closed in task manager.

This game will likely crash before your first game and will probably crash many times after that. Despite the solid underlying gameplay the release of what feels like an unfinished and untested version of a game just cannot get a recommendation.

Hopefully the reviews and comments are seen and acted upon but until then this game is just not worth your time at all, unless you enjoy crashing to your desktop and filling out error reports.

EDIT: It's a couple hours later and I managed to play 1 game. I now have a free to play game telling me that I must pay full price for MW2 in order to play a FREE game. Unfinished, buggy, embarrassing mess of a game.

Early Access Review
So, I was randomly scrolling through the specials section of the store, looking for a new zombie shooter to play when I stumbled across this game and saw that it was in early access. Normally this can be seen as a red flag but I decided to give this game a chance, the trailer and description were great and it seemed like a strong project. I thought I'd get a few enjoyable hours out of it now and see it grow in the future.

I was wrong.

On and off for 4 hours this game kept me up until 6AM in the morning on a Uni night.

The graphics, due to their simplicity, look great at the lowest settings. Which is what I had to play at on my current laptop, this is something that I'm sure will be improved upon in the future but for now it is bearable,

The gameplay, although simple, is deceptively fun. Searching through storage lockers and abandoned buildings is terrifying because of the sounds of the groaning undead that are just waiting to hear you make a loud noise by mistake and come charging at you one by one as you desperately try to equip your weapon to fight back.

The map is small but for now it is just fine. (I can't speak for multiplayer.) There is a lot of detail, rust inside old storage containers and the camp of a homeless person in a storage locker are among the many things that add depth to the games untold story. Item respawns and zombie respawns are frequent enough to bring the currently small map some replay value.

The zombies are pretty easy to take care of once you get the hang of it but they can catch you by surprise and there are different variants like the military zombies that drop weapons and ammo, but also are a bit stronger I think.

As I dive further in this game I'll be sure to leave an update, multiplayer and base building are a few things that I want to look at in the future, but for now I'm having fun looting the city and destroying the undead.

I only have one real issue at the moment and that is how long it takes to save and reload a game, even with an SSD. But I'm sure this is something that can be fixed.

In conclusion, I really hope that the developer doesn't ever lose motivation because I feel that they have a real winner on their hands here, the game is really fun and it is still early days, really good things seem to be coming for this game. So if you want to support a small developer, follow along with a games development and play a great game all at the same time...

Buy it.

After being recommended this game late at night when I was bored with a friend, I read some reviews and decided that it wasn't for me, but he insisted that I play it and the next day bought it for me.

As a game, I find that the concept is fresh. A game set in 1980's Sweden is rather original and forgetting your average zombie apocalypse and replacing the enemies with robots really brings a new concept to the table, which I enjoy.

I played with a controller and have to say that the Controller Support is really good, even if it does take a little while to learn as with any game, the UI is strong and easy to read from a distance on my 50 inch TV and everything in that area works as expected.

For this next section I should say that I was playing at Medium/High Settings at 1080p on a Core i5 9300H with a GTX 1650 Max Q and 8 GB of DDR4, as this may be different on your configuration, I can't confirm.

During my 2 hour first impressions, I discovered a few glitches and oversights, some textures within the bunkers didn't quite connect, leaving slim white lines along the ground, a lot of the trees in the forest are clearly the same model, some rotation on these trees would help make the landscape more convincing, standing up just before you get out of a tent causes you to get stuck and requires a restart to escape and sometimes your co-op player will randomly spin and deform, although this is not a huge issue as it doesn't effect gameplay for either party.

Optimisation seems solid, as with my configuration I got around 70-80 fps consistently which is about what I expected, could definitely run at high on a computer similar to mine if you are okay with a 50-60 fps experience.

The scavenging is really fun and has a fair bit of variation, the gunplay is smooth even with a controller as the aim lock is quite forgiving. I also enjoy that you don't feel like a supersoldier that is invincible, you are always very aware that death could be right around the corner.

My conclusion on this game is that it is definitely fun with friends, if you can grab it on a deal for around £8 (10.87 USD.) then you've got a really good game, with an interesting story to play for a while, but I don't think I would pay the full price for it unless you really are desperate to play it.

Good game, me and my friend will definitely be playing this to completion.

Last week I built a gaming rig for my attic that I turned into a spare room/gaming lounge, this was the first game installed on it as with any hardware this runs great and is extremely fun for when my mates come over to play games up on the big screen in 4K.

The Core2Quad and GT740 run the game at 60fps low at 4K resolution without breaking a sweat and I love this game for it's optimization.

It was only cheap and inspired me to get the sequel on console and I enjoyed that as well.

CS:GO Review
CS:GO is the single best competitive shooter ever made. Compare it to Rainbow, Overwatch and Paladins and you will get the same result.

This is the definitive eSports shooter and one of the best games ever made in my opinion, it never dies, the constant updates keep the game looking modern and running well, despite being almost 8 years old.

If you take games seriously and love to be competitive, this is the game for you. This is no run and gun, spray and pray shooter, this is a tactical masterpiece, if you don't make the right decision, you're a dead man. If you get everything right, you could still be a dead man.

I wont lie though, some maps are unbalanced, but this almost adds to the fun in a strange way, switching sides at the halfway mark can see you go from top dog to the dog house and visa versa.

But wait, there's more!

This masterpiece of a game, this absolute Picasso project is now completely FREE TO PLAY.

Download it.

I'm going to keep this short and sweet.

It seems like the developers put a lot of effort into parts of the game, such as the graphics in the home, but in the later game it almost seems like they got bored or needed to meet a deadline that was coming up fast.

Basically what I'm saying is that the late game is unpolished, and the animations are abysmal, but the early game, is a good graphics benchmark for your PC and is generally quite enjoyable.

If you can get past the terrible graphics and animations towards the end of the game. This is a good game.

I haven't played this game for long but I definately recommend it, I will give you a quick rundown of my experiences with this game, then I will give you the final score.

Okay, first I bought the game on a sale, back when I could sell a TF2 item on the market at a moments notice to buy I game because I actually traded :P it wouldn't boot, something about PhysX, I just abandoned it.

A few years on I attempted to play the game with my new GPU, similar if not exactly the same problem, I was determined to fix the problem at this point, I read forums, messaged support teams and completely deleted important files from my PC, in the end I downloaded and installed the Nvidia Legacy Drivers which allow you to play games that only support older versions of PhysX, the game booted and ran like a dream.

Running at max settings on a Nivida GeForce GT740 this game runs as smooth as butter, stops at the built in frame cap of 60FPS and the card doesn't miss a beat, and never drops below 59, the graphics in this game are beautiful and the animations are very smooth and I haven't had many problems after I got the game running.

I recommend this game but I only give it a 7/10 for the trouble it put me through and the time I wasted getting it started but the graphics and everything else is very charming and saved this game from a 4/10...

This game is awesome, seriously, not a thing wrong with it other than difficulty spikes, this proves that games dont have to look good to be fun. 9/10
