Su jugabilidad es lo mismo que el primero pero con mas dinámica. La IA es mejor, los gráficos son mejores, las animaciones son mejores y los sonidos también. Lo único malo es como se cuenta la historia de la zona, me parecía mejor en el 1 usando los documentos que se encontraban en el asilo. Puede que sea subjetivo pero el 1 me dio también mas miedo. Me parece que ambas historias están al mismo nivel. Esta bueno.
