Overall a fun game that is best to be enjoyed with friends.

The F2P model is generous where you can play all classes for free (though you can only create one and have to delete if you want to switch) and can try out the normal mode + play with friends. The F2P Model opened up the game to some friends who would've never tried it out otherwise.

The game gets constantly updated, which in itself is good, but sometimes leads to bad downtimes over the weekend.

The classes are fun and skill based, though the balance could definitely be better. Some classes have a very strong start, while others only scale with gear which is a bit of a letdown.

Overall I'd recommend the game to anyone who is a fan of raw fantasy based combat, dungeon crawling and loot extraction games.

Good game, could need more updates though.

An absolute masterpiece of a game and probably the best single player game I've played since my early nintendo 64 days.

Elden Ring lives the Fantasy RPG and touches it at its core with breathtaking visuals, thought provoking fantasy creatures and a world that can be discovered so many times yet hides another secret. It does all this and more yet breaks the boundaries of modern Open World Games with limited help and limited clustered UI. It bounces the ball back to the player to discover the world without much guidance, which results in a phenomenal adventure everyone can and should take part in, even if this is your first souls-like game.

I wish I could play it all over again.

After a lot of struggle in the early headstart days, that was mroe than just a mess, the developers clearly understood their mistakes, gave an apologize to every player and compensated them.

They are taking quick actions right now to handle the known issues the game has and therefore i can just give it a positive review, because the game itself is a blast to play.
