When I got this game, I really tried to like it. I tried, but ultimately I can't recommend it to anyone. From ridiculous loading time, which CI calls a "feature" soas to reduce loading while playing (I don't really buy that), to stuttering that makes the game unplayable even on the recommended specs. Framerates dropping from 60+ to <1 fps regularly every 10 seconds or so is absolutely unacceptable. Not to mention there is regular, glitchy input lag where I won't be touching my keyboard, and my genius character will continue walking for 5 to 10 seconds. I mean, come on. There are so many bugs and performance issues that for that reason alone I can't recommend the game. I can't review the story yet, since in my hours of "playtime" on steam, I have only gotten through a couple missions due to constant freezing and crashing. But from what I saw, the characters are boring and uninspired, and so far, it seems to be a very predictable story. Without multiplayer, there is probably going to be next to no replay value. If you're thinking of buying it, save your money. If you got a free code, don't bother using it. Let's hope CI can work some magic and fix it, but I'm not holding my breath.
