This is probably one of the most hilarious and fun games I have ever played. It has a great setting, likeable characters, nice graphics, and is absolutly over-the-top. The story about the struggle of the Third Street Saints against the Syndicate in Steelport is also very engaging and has some pretty funny moments. But if you want, to can just ignore the story for as long as you want and commit vehicular manslaughter by the hundreds, blow s**t up or just run around and explore.
Simply put, if you like over-the-top humour and Grand Theft Auto, you will like this game. It doesn't take itself seriously whatsoever and doesn't try to be gritty or edgy like GTA.

This is really hard to judge properly, but i'll try anyway. In this game, all you can do is try to make your own fun by messing around with the content from different Source-engine games.
This game has no predefined goals. But you can set yourself a goal in your own head. If you don't have any imagination, go buy this game anyway just to fiddle around or shoot spawned Combine units in the head.
This game is really fun, and Steam Workshop has proven to be a proper successor to the Toybox. It is just somewhat annoying having to restart a map or save file everytime you add new Workshop content just to add said content to your current game.

Buy this game. You will not regret it.
