There is only one mod on the workshop for fake raytracing using reshade, But atleast this one says all this, That guys modders raytracing mod does nothing, But it gets upvoted from click baiters into making you believing this mod does anything, I would love to see proper raytracing in l4d2.

I came to the conclusion it did jack when it was 3 megabytes for supposedly adding raytracing.

yeah sorry also for intruding your comments but i'd like to add that, the mod literally does nothing because the mod is a straight copy of red schism's cinematic lighting effects, he renamed the files and folders to make it seem like he actually did something. as you can probably guess, with the files renamed, it ends up replacing nothing. and yeah like mentioned before he nabbed a bunch of files from some github page lol
his other mods are pretty much like this, someone else's stolen work with his name on it.
kinda baffles me how multiple ppl are mindlessly upvoting his bs.

Hi Bitz, I saw you comment, And forgive the intrustion on your profile page, I am referring to the better lighting mod, There are changes, Such as maps appear more darker in areas and the car lenses, Lamps etc are bright when you are more centre, Lighting in rooms appear a little more realistic, But it is simple just a lighting mod with darkened down areas, The fire is also brighter compared to default fire mods, And there is no raytracing in it what so ever i have looked in his files, It is just some copied ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ from github pages, He also deletes peoples comments calling him out for his ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and helping others too, It also effect performance a little in game i found, He may block you for challenging him lol

Hey saw your comment on Long War of the Chosen mod and honestly if you want to play with the mod you need to be on beginner or regular difficulty. It also adds new game mechanics that can confuse you at first and changes the pace of the game significantly (you'll have LOTS of missions to do though)
