I recommended tf2mate because it has a set of configs to choose, from max quality to max fps where you can choose, but I did say if you're going for the most potential FPS you should use Comanglia's, you can call it a honorable mention.
I never heard of the site you talked about btw, at all, so yeah since Comanglia's config was enough I didn't bother checking other sites, also for the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ aliases you could always change the mate_forward ♥♥♥♥ they do to the default tf2 commands, but yeah I see your point.
