There's a kind of... something, that makes the game somewhat fun. But the truth of the matter is that it's way too repetitive, the planet missions are incredibly slow and boring. That magical something couldn't carry it past a couple of hours for me.

I give it 5,5 trumpets out of 10 elephants. Decent combat and difficulty, and branching storytelling. Speaking of the storytelling, it seemed awful at first but grew on me. Got killed by enemies off screen a few times. I only finished the "main path" with my playtime, and didn't feel like exploring any more, so it's a bit short at full price.

I had a lot of fun with Momodora, and would recommend that game. This game however, has none of the atmosphere and nice character and enemy art of that game, I'm quite disappointed. The "upgrade" from the pixel style of Momodora doesn't feel like an upgrade at all, rather the opposite, and something about the fighting effects makes it much harder for me to see what's going on. In some ways it's easier, in some much harder, but all the wrong ways. Sorry, developer. I adored Momodora, please try again.

Simple but fun dungeon runner / shop keeping game with constant progression and no time pressure. Quite beautiful too. I enjoyed it a lot.

I played this only for a free weekend, but it was lots of fun. Now, it's by far not a "great" game, may feel unfinished. The AI is simple, the planet is somewhat empty, the quests largely repetitive. However, chasing down bots for that third wheel you need for your design, running panickedly from the big scary enemies, made me think of the good part of Spore or maybe even Pokemon. Building my first plane and figuring out how to fly it was also an experience. In the end, despite its many flaws, it had that difficult to pinpoint fun factor, and I will definitely return to this game someday.

This is a fkn difficult game to review. As a puzzle adventure game, it is 10/10. The plot is actually decent, and the artstyle suits the tone and the "humor" perfectly and I actually ended up liking it. Neither the puzzle nor the plot treats you like an idiot either.

"Humor" is however in quotation marks. I don't quite know what to make of it. I enjoy the irreverance, but sometimes it seems to be forcing provocation instead of actually being funny, and ends up feeling awkward and kicking a dead joke. While some things seem to break stereotypes, others strongly enforce them. It's not for everyone, that's for sure, but it does give the game a unique, if somewhat foul-tasting, flavor in the Steam ocean of games.

*edited review to express myself better basically

Everything is beautiful and there's a lot to do. Haven't encountered any gameplay bugs, but occasionally lags for a second when going in/out of water. A few mechanics aren't exactly explained but they're not hard to figure out. Wish there was more building, definitely an exploration focus. 10/10 would swim panickedly from monsters and have no idea where I am again. Although I wish the quickslot bar had more than 5 slots, and was better adapted for controller.

Excellent FTP gem-matching game. If you've played their earlier Puzzle Quest games you'll recognize some mechanics. No energy system so you can play however much you like, plenty of stuff to do and cards to get rather quickly so you can experiment with various styles of teams. My advice is, join a guild first thing, the guild rewards help a lot in getting you up and running. Also you can link your phone game and Steam game together and play whenever.
