Its ok, but I dont see the reason for their own launcher and accounts. Its just so 2016.

Gunplay seems ok, get enough kills without beeing a good shooter player. But you have the same problems battlefield has aswell with medics most of the time not healing you. The gadget stuff feels important because you get a lot of score but you dont really know what you do ^^

Its ok but i didnt wanna play it anymore after a game, feels like the normal champion based shooter with some objectives.

I dislike CS2 replacing CSGO.
All the achievements gone, the reviews of CSGO are now in CS2? WTF?
Also the game just feels tailor made to suit people who play Valorant, Overwatch, Warzone, etc...
The csgo feeling is just gone and i really dont like this new cs. Also the sound is really bad, there isnt even an option for surround sound or something like that.

Sad. I didnt play cs much but when i played it I had fun. Now I really dont have fun anymore.

Why not make it a new game instead of overwriting the whole csgo?

Its a good game but it feels unfinished or atleast very unpolished. Unit movement is very funky and i just got a bug where i won the Skirmish in the campaign by taking over all territories but the win didnt trigger. now im left with restartiung this fight...

Great game, great story, great nsfw content

SO. I thought this would be a great game, but it evolved very badly. I hope to change my review after i can play it with actual fun.

I understand that its the first version, but this release is even more bad than the open beta.

First the technical stuff:

• You hear everything the monster does globally, the sound range is way too high. you hear every footstep and death on the whole map.
  
• with high end RTX Cards we only get 20-25 fps.
  
• Sometimes the video is sharp and sometimes it looks like 480p, me as a developer cant even understand how.

Gameplay:

• The monsters where unbalanced in the beta, now the jumper f.e. is "nerfed", not by increasing its cooldowns, but by lowering the range of its signature ability, making it useless.
  
• I got headaches because of this framerate
  
• You get absolutely no horror feeling
  
• It feels like a cheap flash-game, should be free right now tbh.

Monstrum 1 already looked really cool, so i preordered it on their website for 11€.
They promised a name badge and some more goodies. Now the game costs 10€ on steam and you still get the same stuff, but the stuff you actually get isnt even worth preordering. In this i would understand feeling scammed tbh.

The approach with the proc. genereated maps is great, allthough you seem to often find maps where 80% of the levers are locked/inaccessible. This makes the game too hard and onesided. The game also lacks better defense against the monsters. It would also be nice to be able to customize player lives and map difficculty, fe how many locked levers and how many levers have to be turned on.

After all really disappointing, the trailers are all rendertrailers and the game is way less than an ubisoft downgrade of these trailers.

All-in-all a shame, ill review the game in half a year or so i hope you guys get your ♥♥♥♥ together quick.

PS: Why the **** do you start with a skin shop in the game but dont even have a working game in the first place?

UPDATE 22. July 2021

Don't buy the Game! The game became a stinking mess. The Game lags harder than Cyberpunk and now it crashes and lags even more. They did huge patches, just adding a dumptruck load of cosmetics but no functionality. The 3 people playing this rn are the devs i guess. Shame for ruining such a cool franchise.

Soooo, this is a tricky one.

From the trailers and pictures it looked really interesting at first. I immediatly bought it. 10 minutes after getting into the game, i realized i had to watch youtube videos on the basics.
I Saw cool missions and a menu for the missions.

As said by many youtubers, you have to press the 'N' key to open the mission pannel.
This was still in early access!
And now after the FULL RELEASE no missions, no game settings, no this no that. in the full release, the game feels emptier than in early access. Why is it, that devs always have to ruin good games.... I immediatly refunded it after seeing what they did.

At first, i thought: Wow, this game feels amazing. But after a while into the middle of the story line, it just gets really repetitive and i don't even have the will to play it through completely. Its always this:
A) You go between 2 quest NPCs and do the talking for them or
B) You get a quest, kill stuff, retrieve an item, complete the quest.

From the Start, the game surely feels like something different, but about 10-15 hours into the game it gets boring.

Overall, i generally like Future Space-Sci-fi Genres, and this game hit my sweet spot as far as the setting goes.

But in general it is, as many here have said, a mediocre/average game with no real "New" sort of story or Lore.
I recommend this game as a "Don't have to play it, but if you are stuck in a pandemic, it's worth the 20 hours of fun."

I also recommend not to buy it at full price, its not worth 60€

The Story is lifting, heartbreaking, sad, happy and so true to today's world if you count the fact that this Game depicts Overexaggerated todays biggest faults in societies. For example the oversexualized marketing.

Well.... I played this game for about 120 hours now across many months of pause but the game has evolved really bad...
I mean: You are a pretty high lvl player and grinded for a month or so to build a high grade bot with everything tier 10 and so on. but then an update comes and: BOOOM B**** everything is gone, cause the devs decided to change the lvl and tech-tree models. And now they have gone farther: they even have removed all the different tiers and didnt even give the money back to us players who grinded so hard for this. Shame on the devs.

For me this game is like digital kid-lego now: everyone can build everything and it works. You build a plane, strap far too much plasmas on and boom you got the ultimate killing machine (if you are a skilled pilot (beeing a pilot doesnt need much skill...))

All in all i wont play this game anylonger because the devs pissed me off with all the game-model changes. I even asked many players and even they say the game has been broken by the devs. Again: Shame on the devs for developing such a game and then ruining it by "resetting" everybodies knowlege and familiarity.
