Early Access Review
The 3D engine is done beautifully keeping with the series tradition of an orthographic-like camera yet allowing the player full x, y, and z navigation. Although only in early access the game already shows the promising polish of a great game in the making that is true to its predecessors in its fairy tale story telling of a magical whimsical setting and the characters are as lovable as ever. Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power does all the previous games justice with its respectful retention of the iconic art style and the amazing composer Ari Pulkkinen. This sequel is new and fresh with the new 3D features are innovative and welcome yet keeps what made the originals amazing.

Who doesn't love great art style? Good voice acting and atmosphere just add to it.

Fairly addicting game if you are into those arcade-like games that have intricate scoring systems. It's a B.A.S.E. jumping that encourages hugging buildings as closely as possible without running into them. With the distinct simplistic art style it has managed to create an image for itself. Recommended.

Quite possibly one of my favorite indie games of all time. It's an amazing concept to allow players to play a landscape forged by their music into an environment that is subtly immersive. Gameplay is reminiscient of Rez or Tetris with the goals being to collect blocks corresponding to the music analysis. A must play for anyone who wishes a new experience for their music.

Edit: still amazing.
