Do you want your mech to carry more weight? There is this sub menu where you go, then you press this colored bar that looks like an background, and then you drag or shift click cables, but only the red ones. The blue ones make things only worse!

This is like one of those unintelligible games you found on your dads PC before you had a firm grasp on reading and still somehow managed to play poorly for hours. Alternatively I recommend playing this with 106°F/41°C fever and It'll make at least as much sense.
