no sorry I thought it was set to friends only at the time.

I originally planned to only play until I got good enough to solo every boss and be the very best like no one ever was. I spent the first 100~ hours getting good enough/good enough gear to do that. A wrench was thrown into my plans when the devs released Shadow Lairs, a bunch of copypasted boss level edits that had upped difficulty and required an obscene amount of money to get into, just once, so I just said ♥♥♥♥ it to Lairs. I did achieve my original goal but it was around 400~ hours into it. Because the endgame is basically just a fashion show, what kept me going was the PvP and community, there was so much petty drama and stupid ♥♥♥♥ going on that it was entertaining to sit around the town and watch people argue. I've attributed it to "a bunch of autistic kids in a sandbox", and I think that's accurate. The game wasn't so much addictive as it was unintentionally giving me something new to do or otherwise entertain me despite having so much repetition in it's overall design.
