I used to watch my grandpa play this game for hours. He had beat the whole game and filled his virtual tank with awesome fish. I always wondered how it was done. 15 years or so later I'm getting to experience this the right way and see why he spent hours and hours playing. It's an addicting grind and overall huge nostalgia. I find myself playing this more than most new games nowadays, lol. I'm only 11 hours in right now but I can see that number multiplying tenfold over the next few years.

I've been playing the Career mode (WIP) and it's honestly tons of fun. I've gone from a little hatchback to owning a huge box truck and making thousands delivering cargo.

I've played hours and hours of GTAO on Xbox & PlayStation. I'm giving it a shot here on PC. I primarily bought this for FiveM but after 10 minutes in ProdigyRP (FiveM server) and experiencing a crash, I've decived I'm going to pursue the grind once again in regular old GTA Online.

One thing I just can't stand is the 60% rate that you'll join a hacked server. That usually means you'll immediately be faced with a bunch of orbital strikes over and over until one of two things happens: The hacker gets banned or your server just crashes.

That's not game breaking though. And GTAO still presents its grindy glory for all to experience. So it's ultimately up to you. I mean, the game came out in, what, 2013? If you're here reading a review I think you should just move on. Either you play it or you don't. And there's my review.

Unless you want to spend 40 minutes or more trying to set up uPlay without crashing, this is a waste of money.

May I request less damage from the first town's enemies? I might seem weak but it's really hard to fight through the 3 waves in the very first town..

Met a kid named "kingofblackops" or something.
Kept screaming in the voice chat sounding like a retarded 7 year old.
I get infected and he says "PSYCHICIDENTITY IS INFECTED GUYS!!1!"
I type in the chat along with many others "Can you shut the ♥♥♥♥ up?"
He continues screaming like he didn't even notice the message.
Eventually I friend him and turn on a Pvp server with him.
He joins, and I just continuously kill him over and over.
He exits the game screaming "Noob! you're an infected noob!"

He reports me and unfriends me.

Gameplay: 4/10
Online players: 1/10
Graphics: 2/10
