I really enjoyed the open nature of the levels, allowing you to explore and find your own route to the objective. The atmosphere is top notch, nailing that classic boomer-shooter FPS with the detail and nuance that you just love to see. You feel ripped out of a pulpy classic detective comic book, and it follows you through the experience. My only gripe is that the game isn't finished, yet. For how fun it is, the ending shows up out of nowhere, leaving you wanting more, but the promise of two more episodes makes it worth the wait

This game is a love letter to eurohorror and I am completely here for it. The overall game design may be a bit dated, possibly intentionally, but the vibe is immaculate and it is hard to nail that down

I vey much enjoyed the aspect of having the player explore and learn the story on their own through discovery. The plot is very interesting to go through and it's somewhat relaxing to go at your own pace through a game like this. It's not very long, but definitely worth a playthrough

Very relaxing, amazing soundtrack (especially to fall asleep to), and quite fun to play

It's essentially a virtual tour of Japan, with a dash of visual novel/dating sim to keep it interesting.
Overall, not a bad game, but know what you're getting into beforehand

Pros:
Very atmospheric and eerie
The art is amazing and eye-catching
The story, for the most part, leaves you wanting to know more
Easy to grasp controls and mechanics

Cons:
Lack of variation with enemy encounters or game mechanics
Endings are not very conclusive, in my opinion
A bit too short for the asked-for full price


Get it on sale if you can. It's a good game to experience at least once
