If you're thinking about playing this game,

1. STOP READING AND PLAY IT!
Spoilers can ruin the experience. The best you can do is go in blindly and play it in one sitting (~6h).

2. Take the warning in the beginning seriously.


Now that that's said, I absolutely loved this game. I usually don't play dating sim games or anything anime but I'm so glad I gave this a chance. The writing, character design, music, atmosphere, everything about it was done so surprisingly well and made for an amazing experience, from start to finish.
I love when horror games use sound and writing instead of relying on jumpscares and that's exactly what I got. (Sure this is more psychological horror than horror but still)
After i saw the ending, i realized how genuis the writing really was. There were so many hints and little details that seemed irrelevant at first but turned out to be really important. Monika's poems are a great example of that. The story was truly hidden in plain sight.

10/10 would question reality again
