Lme tell you, this game is a riot! So you start off thinking, “I’ll just tinker around, place a few towers, no big deal.” Next thing you know, you're knee-deep in hex tiles, strategically plotting like you're some kind of board game supervillain, and wondering where the last four hours went.

The game's basically a mix of tower defense and puzzle-solving. You’ve got hex tiles, and you earn them by wiping out waves of enemies. Then you use them to maze out your domain like a mad king. It’s all about making those invaders take the longest walk of shame possible before they can even sniff your castle. You're even able to loop the paths the enemy walk on to close off the gate which they come out of completely; yet another strategy brainstorm moment by itself.

You unlock army/ability/production upgrades as you go, which is half the fun. More maps, more towers (the fire ones are my personal fave—nothing like a good roast), and even some neat-o units that look like they marched right out of a medieval fair.

Truly, this is an infinitely replayable game and is a must have for casual/TD/roguelite enjoyers.
